Formed in early 2007, and based in Milwaukee, WI. - Perry Weber & The DeVilles are one the most exciting Blues/Roots groups to come on the scene in a while! Featuring Perry Weber on Guitar & Vocals, Dave Kasik on Bass & Vocals, Ben Rickun on Harmonica, and Vic Span on drums, the band serves up all flavors from the Blues/Roots genre: Deep Chicago, West-coast swing, Memphis Soul, Old school Boogie-Woogie, Funky New Orleans grooves, with a few honky-tonk tunes tossed in for good measure!
Perry Weber has been a force in the Mid-west for quite some time, and after backing up such names as Jim Liban, Hubert Sumlin, Jr. Wells, Bill Lupkin, and Eddie Taylor Jr, Perry decided to be captain of his own ship. Hid debut release "Savage Beauty" has already received glowing reviews from Blues Revue, The Chicago Daily Herald, and several other Blues publications. Aside from his flame-throwing guitar prowess, Perry's vocals and dynamic stage presence are second to none.
The members of The DeVilles have also worked with the who's who of the Blues world, including recording/touring credits with: Luther Allison, James Cotton, Bryan Lee, Nick Moss, Dave "snaker" Ray, John Brim, Kenny Wayne Shepard, and Gary Primich among many others.
